Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing business challenges and opportunities to recommend solutions that align with requirements and help the organization achieve objectives.
- Gaining thorough knowledge of Sales and Channels or Partners processes and functionalities is essential for effective operational performance.
- Adapting swiftly, excelling in dynamic environments, mastering processes, leveraging technologies, and proactively completing tasks with dedication and efficiency.
- Fostering partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding needs, collaborating on solutions, and facilitating requirement analysis, prioritization, communication, and validation for organizational improvements.
Job Requirements
- Possess experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and others.
- Have 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience and a Bachelor/Master’s Degree.
- Be familiar with Opportunity Management, Account Management, Lead Management etc. in CRM Systems.
- Possess at least 3+ years of relevant experience in BA roles focused on ERP or CRM systems implementation and support.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of SDLC, business processes and data analysis.
