Job Responsiblities
- Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
- Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Support the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences.
Job Requirements
- Highly aggressive, tenacious, and action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Potential for a permanent role post successful completion of the trainee program.
- Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Development of critical soft skills, including stakeholder management and negotiation.
- Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a “salesy” and persuasive approach.
