Job Responsibilities
- Understand who the stakeholders are and build relationships with them.
- Identify and organize subject matter experts to support change management requirements gathering.
- Work Closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on policy and process knowledge of the region.
- Create and deliver succinct, professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Project data compliance to ensure smooth billings every month.
- Become a subject matter expert on Professional Services Enterprise.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills.
- Ability to clearly understand and guide on processes and procedures.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns and analyze disparate data.
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs, which includes Google suite application experience.
- Work closely with the business process team to understand the process and provide improvement ideas.
