Job Responsibilities
- Creation and execution automated test scripts, leveraging testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early detection of defects and quality issues.
- Root cause analysis for identified defects, working closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution.
- Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
- Providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
Job Requirements
- Experience in testing Web Based Applications.
- Excellent hands-on knowledge in building automation for API & GUI components.
- Hands-on experience of working on agile projects and knowledge of Test Management tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Good at questioning and critical thinking.
- Keen knowledge of testing concepts, processes, test strategies, planning, types and methods of testing.
