Job Responsibilities
- Execute test cases through automation, verifying defects and ensuring fixes are properly validated.
- Build and integrate chatbots and AI assistants to support test execution, defect triaging, and on-demand knowledge retrieval.
- Design and develop advanced test frameworks and automation tools to support large-scale test execution.
- Research and adopt domain-specific AI models and foundational representations for networking automation, model safety, and intelligent observability.
- Proactively drive continuous improvements in test coverage, automation, and performance benchmarking, ensuring deployments meet customer scale and reliability expectations.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI-based productivity tools, chatbot frameworks, or automation assistants.
- Familiarity with network automation tools (pyTest, Ansible, Jenkins, Robot Framework).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 1 + years of professional experience, OR Master’s degree.
- Basic knowledge of Network protocols and technologies.
- Expertise in Linux operating systems and Bash/Unix shell scripting.
