Job Responsibilities
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of overall operations with the help of data level RCA’s.
- Build reports/dashboards using various tools like PowerBI, SQL and excel.
- Identify automation opportunities using various tools.
- Provide Denial/ Payment/Open AR trends by Payer/site with data level root cause analysis
Job Requirements
- Overall 2+ years of experience in Reporting & Analytics – Exposure in RCM Reporting and analysis, RCM domain expertise is added advantage.
- Working knowledge in data management using SQL/MySQL & MS Excel.
- Good communication Skills.
- Solid Analytical and Logical skills.
- Ability to work independently and share status updates on work progress.
- Proficient knowledge in BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau.
