Job Responsibilities
- Develop account-level hypotheses by researching each customer’s business, workforce, locations, mobility needs and strategic priorities.
- Map complex organizations and identify the right stakeholders across functions such as Procurement, Travel, Workplace, HR, Facilities, Finance and Operations.
- Build and execute prospecting strategies across a portfolio of Global Strategic Accounts in India.
- Partner closely with Global Strategic Account Executives to determine where and how to enter an account.
- Build relationships across global and local account teams to identify opportunities that can be expanded across markets.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thoughtful outbound prospecting and create opportunities within complex organizations.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to distinguish high-value opportunities from activity for activity’s sake.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and discovery skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly self-driven, resilient and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
