Job Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas
- Proactively be a mentor and “go to” for the broader Recruiting team on best practices, challenges and development
- Be a partner and business advisor to senior R&D leaders to hire complex senior level positions across the R&D organisation
- Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader Recruiting team with the right level of collaboration and visibility to leadership and appropriate partners
Job Requirements
- A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting
- You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas
- Comfortable acting as the face of Atlassian, showcasing our values and opportunities to internal and external candidates.
- The ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience
