Job Responsibilities
- Set up sales appointments for the outside sales team by dedicating 100% of your time to expert outbound calling
- Collaborate with Sales Management to strategically schedule appointments, optimizing the team’s calendar
- Initiate outbound calls to connect with potential clients through strategic cold calling
- Foster relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities and reinforcing exceptional service commitment
- Utilize advanced CRM software for efficient organization and tracking of prospecting activity
Job Requirements
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Proficiency in using dialer software, such as DialPad, RingCentral, and Mojo Dialer
