Job Responsibilities
- Optimize collection process and methods for efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and develop employee insights reports.
- Collect employee comments and comments into a centralized dataset on a weekly basis.
- Innovate and maintain automated sentiment and thematic coding of data.
Job Requirements
- Skilled in building automated pipelines for external data collection using Python and related libraries.
- Proven solid project management approach with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Suite experience including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven to be an innovative thinker that works well in an ambiguous, growth environment.
- Proven to highly collaborative and consultative style.
