Job Responsibilities
- Activating new businesses faster by liaising directly with the Sales team and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees
- Collaborating with the HR, the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Working with the Operations team to drive continuous improvement of our processes and Sales team targets
- Acting as a knowledge centre and consultant for the Sales team to contribute to their success
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in following workflows accurately
- Demonstrated emotional resilience and tenacity
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with remote team members
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices
