Job Responsibilities
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present insights and explain findings to stakeholders and management.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in underwriting data.
- Analyze and interpret reports and data to effectively position recommendations to improve our underwriting performance.
- Acquire and aggregate data from internal and external primary and secondary sources, designing and maintaining suitable data models.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze significant data volumes, draw clear conclusions and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R) and reporting/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI).
