Job Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Contribute to employer branding, campus hiring, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and manage candidate experience throughout the process.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing,screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with global TA teams across APAC, US, and EMEA on cross-regional projects.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and assist with reporting.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business,Psychology, Marketing, or a related field, preferably from Tier I college.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, or employer branding is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn recruitment operations and HR practices in a fast-paced environment.
