Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates with internal and external users / clients to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions.
- Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with business and IT colleagues.
- Addresses end user process questions and collaborates with IT colleagues to provide process / system support and ongoing issue analysis / correction.
- Detailed process documentation, including system requirements and process flows / use cases.
- Planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost / benefit analyses and new system design.
- Helps determine impact on existing systems and processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role working with external clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to managing conflicting stakeholder requirements to bring consensus and maintain impeccable relationships.
