Job Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications to enable effective solution delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery of data and reporting initiatives.
- Monitor process health and implement controls for early issue detection.
- Perform data analysis by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Execute core processes including sampling, reporting, and production support to ensure reliability.
- Communicate progress, manage expectations, and proactively highlight risks or issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance, progress, and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, SAS, or R.
- Ability to work with large datasets and relational databases.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and lifecycle.
