Job Responsibilities
- Maintain/upgrade existing measures/analysis.
- Be a coach for other Data Analysts. Lead and direct a team of data scientists and engineers.
- Deliver standard & new measure/analysis Drive Continuous Service and process Improvement (CSI).
- Translate business requirement in analytics.
- Present large amounts of information in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends and correlations.
Job Requirements
- Relevant 3-4 yrs of experience in analytics and development activity.
- Excel/Access knowledge, including VBA programming (to manage / develop custom reports)
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or any other visualization tool.
- Acumen for business flow understanding and expertise in data preparation and pre-processing.
- Telecommunication knowledge would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and time management skills required.
