Job Responsibilities
- Work with the client to gather user feedback on implemented functionality.
- Ensure client enablement on their Adobe Sign implementation.
- Partner with and knowledge share with client business owners & partners.
- Advise the client group on Adobe Sign internal alignment and customer change management.
- Participate in the use case discovery sessions with the Client.
- Configure the Adobe Sign application in conjunction with Client’s requirements.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to present technical solutions to and build consensus with client developers and senior stakeholders (Managers, Directors, VPs, CXOs).
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and Web Services integration in professional services / customer-facing implementation projects.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to validate proposed technical architecture and work directly with client developers to align on the solution.
