Job Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound client inquiries and assist with specific service related requests and concerns.
- Identify problem areas and remove obstacles to retain Citi clients.
- Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years experience in a related role.
- Proven ability to work under limited supervision and seek out advancement opportunities.
- Excellent influencing and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems.
- Excellent technical and data entry skills, including ulilizing a 10-key touchpad.
