Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot common OS, application, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Support patch management and software compliance checks.
- Assist with application installation, updates, and uninstalls on Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Help document SOPs and troubleshooting guides for common issues.
- General coordination support for ongoing IT projects
- Assist with basic software packaging/deployment tasks and testing.
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS — installing software, basic system settings, common troubleshooting steps.
- Completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field in 2026.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Must have hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) for technical assistance and problem-solving.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
