Job Responsibilities
- Develop, refresh, and maintain dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI and/or MicroStrategy.
- Respond to ad hoc analytical questions and data requests from the broader project team.
- Contribute ideas for improving existing reporting, dashboarding, data transformation, and QC processes.
- Build knowledge of pharmaceutical datasets, business processes, and commercial analytics use cases over time.
- Extract, transform, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data using SQL and Excel.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to understand analytical requirements and translate them into appropriate outputs.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability and motivation to work extensively with large datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing analytical requirements.
- 1–3 years of relevant analytics experience.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly for data validation, reconciliation, and quality control.
