Job Summary
The role holder is part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the monthly running of the payroll and investigation and resolution of any query relating to pay that cannot be resolved by our front line team. The purpose of this role is to work across UK Payrolls, handling staff, Business and third party queries relating to pay and daily payroll activity.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checks and controls complying with audit and external statutory reporting requirements
- Reconciliation and processing of financials
- Provide advice, investigation and resolution on all aspects of payroll process/service
- Calculation, payment and reporting on ex-pat staff that reside either in the UK or oversees, taking into consideration individual fees/salary arrangements
- Require strong analytical skills to enable case investigation and correction
Requirements
- Ability to predict, identify and escalate issues for prompt resolution
- Knowledge on HR Operations Process & policies
- Good understanding of process risks and controls and risks pertaining to Payroll
- Technical systems and procedure training experience
- Knowledge and experience in UK Expat Payroll processing and policies
- Ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritise accordingly
