Job Summary
This role is responsible for the development and management of supplier marketing plans and advertising activities in support of the commercial teams and activities including but not limited to the collection of advertising materials, distribution of art to appropriate parties, monitor relative supplier relations mailboxes and direct inquires as appropriate, prepare and distribute newsletter and audit/maintain content on MySource.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute supplier marketing by gathering, editing and compiling articles, and advertising
- Support Commercial Teams in Planning and Executing Supplier Advertising
- Provide support for internal and external meetings and events including but not limited to assisting with sponsorship, value propositions, invoicing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and Review Marketing Activities
- Monitor relative supplier relations mailboxes and answer and direct inquiries as appropriate
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of business travel management
- Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
- Comprehensive marketing experience
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
- Ability to travel internationally if required
- Strong business knowledge
