Job Responsibilities
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
- Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US calling regulations
- Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients/Helpdesk as per process requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2–3 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably for US clients.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
- Knowledge of International culture and customer behaviour.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
