Job Responsibilities

  • Help develop clear visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HCM teams, the Executive Office, and the Real Estate team to maintain data-driven tools that optimize talent outcomes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Assist senior team members in partnering with stakeholders (Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, Executive Office) to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to the daily maintenance, data validation, and development of HCM reporting dashboards and tools.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to clean, organize, and analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and basic SQL or other data querying tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
