Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and refine processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Devise delivery strategy with changing adoption activities such as training materials, communications, and readiness assessments.
- Business Analyst supports transformation initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting in the delivery of change outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality documentation including BRDs, process flows, impact assessments, and status updates.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Basic working knowledge of risk and controls in a regulated financial environment. Competency with business analysis tools (Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI preferred).
- Strong knowledge on Reconciliation using tools like DUCO and TLM
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when presenting findings or resolving issues.
- Foundational understanding of transformation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
