Job description
We are hiring Service Delivery Project Manager (3-8 years experience, Location – Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata) who will be responsible for end to end Technical Solutions Delivery of various projects. Monitors the progress of projects KPIs/SLAs of all the stakeholders – internal and external as per the contract Ensure SLA. Advice changes to achieve project output in consultation with customer/sales/business/cross functional teams. Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient service deliverables and RMA processing.
