Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with the product teams to ensure the availability of the product test environment and test data.
- Keeping track of all new penetration testing requests on the JIRA board.
- Keeping track of all ‘Critical’ and ‘High’ severity findings across all penetration tests and engaging with the product teams to ensure they are closed within prescribed SLAs.
- Tracking all ongoing tests on a weekly basis with the entire team.
- Maintaining and updating the vulnerability status of all the penetration test findings in Plextrac and ArmorCode.
- Maintaining the yearly penetration test schedule.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, OpenVAS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience or familiarity with JIRA or similar project tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Internship or academic project experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations.
