Job Responsibilities
- Leverage analytics to analyze customer reported data to ensure no revenue leakage.
- Provide customer support and training related to QMR topics to both internal and external customers
- Support quarterly QMR business update to regional finance teams.
- Key contributor for developing and testing system enhancements/process improvements.
- Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational reported data.
- Deliver advanced, detailed, persuasive customer performance data analytics.
- Clear and concise documentation with internal systems for tracking inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload while handling multiple business tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to create and present persuasive analysis.
- Excellent PC skills including Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as the ability to quickly learn internal applications.
- Experience with change management/delivering process change in an operational environment. Six Sigma certifications a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
