Store Manager for Bangalore

CSA (Sales Executive) – Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities (Optometrist):-

Dispenses and Fits Accurate Prescriptions
• Dispenses accurate prescriptions and fits spectacles, contact lenses and other optical aids.
• Refraction, diagnosis and Customer Consultation
• Perform refraction and diagnosis to meet customer’s needs. Give advice to patients on lens.
types, frames and styling; fit contact lenses and care; use of low vision aids, adjustments and
repairs to spectacles.
• Inventory Management
• Manage inventory of lenses and range of optical products and give inputs on orders of the
same.
• Provide regularly, necessary qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales and
stock as well as feedback on customers for their preferences etc. to facilitate decision making.
• Quality Control and Consultant
• Ensures quality of eye measurements.

Regularly audits fitments and dispensing techniques of
Opticians and maintains reports.

Roles and Responsibilities (Store Managers): 

• Maintain Store Sales
• Maintain Stock
• Effectively handle Store Employees
• Build a good Environment of work in Stores.
• Other General Management Duties

Roles and Responsibilities (CSA – Sales executive):-

• maintain store stock.
• maintain and achieve personal sale targets.
• build professional relationships with customers.
• report to store manager
• closing opening of store if required

Desired Candidate Profile (Optometrist): –

Diploma or Degree in Optometry

Desired Candidate Profile (Store Manager): –

Minimum Graduation in any Course

Desired Candidate Profile (CSA – Sales executive): –
