Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our merchant care and success teams to ensure all operational questions or concerns are addressed and we resolve any client questions in a timely manner
- Run end of day calls to discuss necessary changes in operational processes
- Create new dashboards and tools to monitor important operational metrics
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary
- Break down metrics to identify trends within the fulfillment centers
Job Requirements
- Detail oriented problem solver with a focus on results
- Complex problem solver with demonstrated abilities to find out of box solutions
- Ability to work in difficult situations and keep calm
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel and Tableau is a plus
- Hard working with a focus on learning and passionate about helping small businesses compete online
