Job Responsibilities
- Take promising prototypes through to production-ready projects suitable for enterprise deployment.
- Contribute to the engineering practices that keep our systems robust, maintainable, and deployable at scale.
- Collaborate with experienced domain experts to convert existing AI pipelines into functional prototypes.
- Build and iterate on AI agents and the supporting harnesses that make them reliable and testable.
Job Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals and a hands-on, empirical approach to debugging and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in-office and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team.
- Solid understanding of how to build AI agents and the harnesses around them (orchestration, tooling, evaluation, guardrails).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
