Job Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for leadership, including trends and variance analysis.
- Automate data extraction, consolidation, refresh, and report distribution using Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
- Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and governance controls across all MIS outputs.
- Reduce manual MIS effort through automation, standardization, and AI enablement.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and UAT support for MIS processes.
- Own end-to-end MIS reporting across GPO functions (Hire to Retire process).
Job Requirements
- Strong MIS and management reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel and VBA (macros, automation, reconciliation frameworks).
- trong experience in designing and supporting Power Automate cloud flows; exposure to Power Automate for Desktop (RPA) is highly preferred.
- Ability to run workshops, document processes, and train end users effectively.
- Strong focus on data governance, controls, and audit readiness.
