Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate and implement promotional schemes. Ensure that scheme details are standardized across different platforms
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create effective callouts and banner refreshes. Ensure that product information is accurately reflected in banners and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze the pricing of Xiaomi products and competitive products in the market. Ensure that Xiaomi’s pricing strategy is competitive and aligned with market trends
- Develop and manage checklists for online sales events. Ensure all necessary tasks are completed in preparation for special sales events and promotions
- Replicate successful online sales strategies across multiple platforms. Keep a close watch on stock levels and work to minimize Out of Stock (OOS) instances
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
